Attorney Stoker focuses his practice on trusts and estates law and related litigation and appellate issues. He advises individuals and families on estate planning and administration and formulates efficient solutions to meet each client’s unique needs and financial goals. His knowledge of both federal and Massachusetts taxation on estates and gifts provides for effective planning when it comes to wealth preservation, management, and distribution.
Frederick has a passion for trusts and estates law, evidenced by his prior experience as a Trust Associate for a Boston-based private wealth management firm that had over $6 billion in assets under management. In that position, Frederick was assigned to the Trust Administration group but also worked closely with the Estates practice group. Part of his duties included reviewing uniform law schedules and distribution analyses as well as performing general trust administration functions.
Earlier in his career, Attorney Stoker interned for the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, Single Justice Session. His duties there included drafting memoranda and proposed orders for the single justice. In law school, Frederick concentrated in Business Law and Financial Services. He also taught constitutional law to students at Boston Latin Academy and coached them for a national moot court competition as part of the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project.
